How to Pay
We accept JazzCash, EasyPaisa and direct bank transfer (IBFT/RAAST). We do not require an international credit card for any service. All pricing is in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Standard JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts have transaction limits. For amounts exceeding your limit, consider: (a) splitting payment across 2 days, (b) upgrading your account verification level with JazzCash/EasyPaisa, or (c) paying via bank transfer which has no practical upper limit.
Billing & Invoices
Yes. After we verify your payment, we issue a formal receipt via email. For business clients requiring a formal tax invoice, contact our billing team and we issue it within 24 hours.
All hosting and domain plans are billed annually. Web design is a one-time project fee. Digital marketing and consultancy retainers are billed monthly.
We send renewal reminders via email and WhatsApp 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before your service expiry date. We also send a final reminder on the day of expiry.
Services are suspended 7 days after the renewal due date without payment. We send multiple reminders before suspension. After suspension, you have 30 days to pay before the account is terminated. Data is held for 60 days post-termination before deletion.

Refunds
Shared and WordPress hosting plans carry a 7-day refund policy from activation date. Full details: /refund-policy/
No. Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed, as the fee is immediately forwarded to the registry (PKNIC, Verisign etc.). See full refund policy.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa refunds: 3 business days. Bank transfer refunds: 5 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
