Pricing & Payment

Web design projects use staged payments: 50% at project start, 25% after design approval and 25% on final launch. All payments in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer.
The price we quote is fixed. We only revise the price if you request work that is clearly outside the original agreed scope, and only with your approval before we proceed.
Yes. Web design is a one-time project fee. Hosting is a separate annual fee (from PKR 4,499/yr). We configure your hosting as part of the project and include it in the timeline.
Timeline & Process
A 5-page business website: 1–2 weeks. A 10–15 page business website: 2–4 weeks. An ecommerce store: 3–6 weeks. Timelines depend heavily on how quickly you provide content (text, images, logo).
Discovery call → Proposal & quote → Content collection → Design mockup → Your approval → Development → Testing → Launch → Training. You are involved at every stage.
Revision rounds vary by package: Starter (1 round), Business (2 rounds), Enterprise (3+ rounds). A revision round means reviewing the full design and requesting changes in one batch.
Minor changes (text updates, image swaps) are covered under our maintenance plans from PKR 5,000/month. For new pages or significant changes, we quote separately.
Content & Technical
You provide: your logo (or we design one), business text (About, Services, Contact etc.), product/service images, any specific design preferences. We send you a content checklist after project confirmation.
Yes. All WordPress websites include a training session via WhatsApp video call covering: updating text, adding images, publishing blog posts and basic page management. No technical knowledge required.
Yes. We support Urdu RTL design with Noto Nastaliq typography and Polylang for bilingual English/Urdu websites. This is increasingly common for Pakistani businesses targeting both audiences.
Yes. JazzCash and EasyPaisa WooCommerce payment plugins are available and we integrate them as part of ecommerce builds. COD and bank transfer options are also included.
We primarily use WordPress with GeneratePress or Astra themes — both lightweight, fast and scoring 95+ on Google PageSpeed. For ecommerce, we use WooCommerce (Pakistan-focused) or Shopify (international-focused).
