Refund Policy

Our refund policy is straightforward. We want you to be confident purchasing from Synix Technologies.

  • Shared & WordPress hosting: 7-day refund policy from activation date
  • Domain registrations: Non-refundable after registration (PKNIC/registry policy)
  • Web design projects: 50% deposit non-refundable; balance refundable before development starts
  • Digital marketing retainers: Pro-rated refund for unused days if cancelled mid-month
  • Consultancy sessions: Free sessions: no charge. Paid sessions: refundable if cancelled 24+ hours in advance

1. Web Hosting (Shared & WordPress)

7-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with your shared or WordPress hosting plan within 7 days of account activation, you may request a full refund of the hosting fee paid.

Conditions: The refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your account activation date. Refunds are not available for hosting plans that have been active for more than 7 days. Domain registration fees are not refundable even if bundled with a hosting plan.

How to request: Contact our team via WhatsApp or email at [email protected] stating your account username and reason for cancellation.

Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase (JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer).

2. Cloud Hosting, VPS & Dedicated Servers

Cloud hosting, VPS and dedicated server plans are not eligible for the 7-day refund policy due to the immediate allocation of dedicated resources at time of purchase. If there is a technical issue with your server from the time of provisioning, we will work to resolve it. If resolution is not possible, a pro-rated refund for unused days may be considered at our discretion.

3. Domain Registrations

Domain registrations — including .com, .pk, .com.pk and all other extensions — are non-refundable once the registration has been processed. This is because the domain registration fee is immediately forwarded to the relevant registry (PKNIC for .pk domains, Verisign for .com etc.) and is non-recoverable.

Exception: If a domain registration fails due to a technical error on our side and the domain is not actually registered, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

4. Email Hosting

Standalone email hosting plans carry the same 7-day refund policy as shared hosting. Email hosting bundled with a hosting plan is refunded as part of the overall hosting plan refund.

5. Web Design Projects

Web design projects involve significant upfront time and resource commitment.

Before design starts: The 50% project deposit is non-refundable as it covers discovery, planning and initial research. The remaining 25% design milestone payment is refundable if you cancel before design work formally begins (defined as before the first design mockup is shared).

After design approval: No refund is available once the design has been approved and development has commenced.

Cancellation by Synix: If Synix is unable to complete your project as agreed, a full refund of all payments made will be issued within 10 business days.

6. Digital Marketing Retainers

Monthly digital marketing retainers (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media management, content marketing) may be cancelled with 30 days notice. If you cancel mid-month after work has commenced for that month, a pro-rated refund for unused days will be calculated and refunded within 10 business days.

One-time setup fees for campaign creation are non-refundable once campaign setup has commenced.

7. Consultancy Services

Free strategy sessions involve no payment and therefore no refund applies.

Paid consultancy sessions (project-based or monthly retainer): Sessions scheduled but cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will receive a full refund or reschedule. Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days notice; pro-rated refunds for unused days will be processed.

Please include: your account username or order number, the service you are requesting a refund for, and your reason for the refund request. We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day.

9. Refund method

All refunds are processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase. JazzCash refunds are processed within 3 business days. EasyPaisa refunds within 3 business days. Bank transfer refunds within 5 business days. We do not issue refunds via a different payment method than the original.
