Make the transfer

Transfer the exact PKR amount via online banking, your bank's mobile app, or by visiting your bank branch. Use the account number, IBAN and title we provide.

Add your order in the transfer remarks

In the payment remarks/description field, enter your name and email address. This helps us match your payment to your order quickly.

Save your transfer confirmation

Take a screenshot or photograph of your online banking confirmation, OR keep your bank deposit slip from the branch. This is your receipt.

Send us your receipt

WhatsApp your bank transfer receipt to +92 303 555-9905. Include your name and what you ordered.

Account activation

We verify the bank transfer (typically same-day for transfers received before 3pm) and activate your account within 2–4 hours. You receive a welcome email with your login credentials.

Inter-bank transfers via RAAST are instant. Standard IBFT transfers settle within 24 hours. Transfers received before 3pm on business days are typically verified same day. After 3pm, expect next business day confirmation.

Yes, cheque payments are accepted for larger orders (over PKR 50,000). Please contact our team first before issuing a cheque as we need to confirm the payee details and arrange collection or deposit.

Contact our WhatsApp team immediately. We will confirm the correct amount and you can either make a top-up payment for the difference or request a refund of the overpayment (processed within 5 business days).

Yes. Bank transfer works for all Synix services including domain registration, hosting plans, web design and digital marketing services.

No minimum. Bank transfer works for any amount from a single domain (PKR 4,000/2 yrs) to enterprise hosting packages. For amounts under PKR 10,000, JazzCash or EasyPaisa may be more convenient.
