Terms of Service

By purchasing or using any service from Synix Technologies (Pvt) Ltd (“Synix”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Synix Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered under the laws of Pakistan.

Synix Technologies provides web hosting, domain registration, email hosting, SSL certificates, web design, digital marketing, and business consultancy services. The specific features and limitations of each service are described in the respective service pages on synixtech.com. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Synix Technologies is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Payment: All services are billed annually unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods are JazzCash, EasyPaisa and bank transfer. Invoices are sent via email.

Renewal: Services renew automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. We send renewal reminders via email and WhatsApp.

Late payment: Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension. We provide 7 days notice before suspension and 30 days before termination of service for non-payment.

You agree not to use Synix services to: host illegal content under Pakistani law; send spam or unsolicited communications; conduct phishing or fraudulent activities; host malware or malicious code; use excessive server resources that affect other clients; infringe intellectual property rights; violate PKNIC policies for .pk domains. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Synix Technologies guarantees 99.9% uptime for shared and WordPress hosting. If we fall below this guarantee in any calendar month, eligible clients receive service credit. The full SLA terms are available at synixtech.com/sla/. The SLA does not apply during scheduled maintenance, events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), or issues caused by client actions.

While we provide automated backups on Business and Professional plans, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. Synix Technologies cannot guarantee recovery of all data in the event of catastrophic failure. We strongly recommend maintaining independent backups of critical data.

All content on synixtech.com, including text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Synix Technologies and is protected by Pakistani and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Synix Technologies' liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our team. Synix Technologies may terminate your account immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases and we may delete your data after the retention period specified in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
